 Hardware Support Services FOR rAILWAY AND TRANSIT

  • Breda Controller Rebuild - rebuilt to OEM specs, replacing obsolete parts to meet customers’ OEM specs.

    • Wiring harnesses assemblies are designed to replace existing OEM wiring and machined parts can be manufactured and/or refurbished.  

    • Units are sandblasted and powder-coated to meet OEM Quality.

    • Breda Controller units are restored to like-new functionality extending the life of the unit. 

  • Parts Repair/Return - railway and transit parts can be shipped to DTS for repair and refurbishment and returned to customer with a 30 day warranty.

Hardware Support Services FOR IN-CIRCUIT TEST

 

Onsite Services

  • Calibration and System Verification – performed to OEM standards using calibration equipment that meets NIST standards.

  • Test System Repair and Troubleshooting — for problems that can’t be resolved with phone support.

  • Training—basic maintenance and tester trouble-shooting to the board level, program de-bug. 3 day and 5 day training sessions available.

New Product Design Services

Custom Design - we can re-design your existing boards that are obsolete and can’t be re-ordered.   We replace the obsolete parts with current parts to develop a PCB that will take you into the future.
