Repair/Exchange: Denver Test Systems sends you the part you need, and you return the part that needs repair to us within 7 days.  Upon receipt of PO, parts shipped within 24 to 48 hours.  

Repair/Return:  You send Denver Test Systems the part that needs repair, we repair it and return to you.  Upon receipt of PO, turn-around time is typically 3 to 5 days.
